Benefits for the Nervous system
Many of us living in cities expire artificial sounds (traffic, building projects, radio's of neighbours, ...) which can exhaust us and overstimulate us...disturbance of sound straight affect the nervous system.
Sounds of the nature (birds, mammals, wind breezing trough the twigs and vibrating the leaves, ...) are relaxing.
Taking a break of the urban environment and practising Hatha Yoga in the nature can reset and balance the nervous system

Benefits for the respiratory system
Similar as with sounds... among us are many living in more urbanised environments.. where fresh air is particularly difficult to find due to traffic pollution and limited green areas.
A place in the nature provides fresh unpolluted air ... promoting oxygen-rich blood flow to all our bodily system without toxins.

Benefits for the Sensory system
Learning to pay more attention to what we hear, smell, see and touch around us... can help the development of the lower chakras or energy centras in the body.
Usually the small sounds and movements of small animals like bugs, birds, caterpillars or butterflies around us is out of our notice.
The variation of subtile differences in sounds, smells and colours can be fascinating and help to develop our senses better.

Extra benefits ( relaxation, getting submerged in various unique landscapes , valorisation of physical practise and presence of nature )
The nature has one relaxation effect on all of us. It can work as a therapy for stress reduction..
The classes are recorded outside in the pure nature without any human/urban distraction...what helps to focus on the practise.
All classes are in one unique different setting.
*All courses are guided by a certified teacher ( RYT-200 H).
